I am a confirmed tootle puffer although a chain vaper. My coils are generally 1.8 to 2 ohm and I rarely go beyond 11watts. Even when on a whim I wrap a slightly lower ohm coil I still never go beyond 13 watts. Still I find my drip tips get too hot and burn my lips especially when I use the kraken. I have sores in a couple of places. Is there a way round that. The other day I bought a couple of long ceramic drip tips, the ones normally used for e-pipes but I find they get filled with too much condensation.

What do you guys do? Do you have this problem?

I find that longer driptips of any material tend to stay cooler at the tip. For metal, stainless steel heats more slowly than aluminum (anodized). You might try wood. Also, acrylic doesn't get terribly hot, but some folks don't care for plastic drips.

Larger tips also heat more slowly than smaller ones. And, strangely enough, a very narrow-bore driptip will deliver hotter vapor, even if the tip itself doesn't get too hot.

My favorites are the Large Ming or vase shaped, of any material; the bore is medium-narrow (up to maybe 5-6mm), and they deliver excellent flavor. Neither my stainless nor my anodized aluminum nor acrylic gets too hot.

The kraken is known to get hot due to the tiny chamber. , it is def not a tootle tank, I know mine can get hot pretty quick and I would expect with any kind of closed down air or slow lingering drag it would get blazing hot.

The kraken while having great flavor is one of the few real cloud chasing genesis and is designed for quick draws

Yes the Kraken is the biggest problem... I thought it was because the centre post was very close to the drip tip
All my drip tips are ss apart from the two ceramic ones I bought. I have a few acrylic ones coming, perhaps those might help

I love mine, but I can't chain vape it, the small chamber combined with the coil being right next to the cap doesn't help, I got the brass cover an after 2 drags I put the ss back on, lol
I usual have at least 2 genis rotating so it can cool

Good assortment, its not very hard to make a simple coil. Now we have to figure out do you prefer flavor over clouds, clouds over flavor or a good mix?

How do you feel about the hands on part? Make a coil, use a screw driver etc?

I understand you don't know what to do, we can teach you, we have to make sure you feel comfortable doing it first.

In that vid, those weren't quick draws.
