I have a KGO e-cig. So far, I have only used atomizers & drip tips. One minor complaint I have about vaping with the KGO is having to always hold it in hand while vaping, since it is the type where it is necessary to hold a button down to procuce vapor. Does anyone make a DRIP TIP that resembles a pipe stem, so I can hold it with my teeth? My "mentor" showed me a "megabore cartomizer" or something like that, which has the kind of tip I'm talking about, but it holds something like 100 drops of juice, which I'm not ready for, as I'm still experimenting with flavors.

I'm not too sure but I've seen mods where there was a flexible tube attached to a drip tip before attaching to the atty (so gravity would hold down the unit below your chin). This doesn't seem viable for heavier mods and doesn't look that great in my opinion, though.

There are also 'pipe' mods that resemble wooden tobacco pipes that have the ideal shape and centre of gravity so you can hold it in your mouth with ease. You might want to try looking this up and if you can get one of those tips separately.

Finally, there are 'auto batteries' that fire your atty for you, but it seems like most experienced vapers stay away from these.
