...

Thank you! Great to hear that it hasn't cracked. Had a CV in my chart before you replied, and was almost sure about ordering it, but now I'm 100% sure. :)

The CopperVape is a GREAT mod. Highly Recommended.

BTW - If you buy your CV mod from fasttech, these are the Bottles that it uses.

$2.91 Empty Needle Refiller Bottle for E-Liquid (10-Pack) 10-pack - 10ml / PE / black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Just an FYI for those of you who have a Coppervape BF Mod.

These are the Bottles that Coppervape uses in their Mod...

$2.91 Empty Needle Refiller Bottle for E-Liquid (10-Pack) 10-pack - 10ml / PE / black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

So for less than 3 Bucks, you can have Lots and Lots and Lots of Back-Up Bottles.

Once again, thank you so much! Placed an order for just the mod, and was about to order the bottles now, and was looking for something useful to add along with the bottles. :)

No Problem nocigsnomore.

If you are into Singe Coil BF RDA's, FT also has a pretty Good Selection to choose from.

:) Got the Psyclone Hadaly which I'm happy with, only wish it had a deeper juice well, so I will take a look. Thank you ZoiDman! :)

The thing I've learned about BF'ers is that you don't want a deep juice well or a bunch of wick stuffed on the deck as the point is "juice on demand" by squonking.

I'm really liking the Hadaly with the DB2.

Ok, I had to look. We do get an extra bottle with the DB2 kit. Since the mod end is pretty much a rubber cork I suppose any bottle with the right ID and length would work. I have some extra bottles (for other things but will try on the DB2) from Fat Daddy vapes on the way.

Thank you so much! That cleared up things! :) I have 10ml bottles I will try tomorrow. Good luck with yours. :)

Sweet-Vapes is the only US vendor that carries the Kanger bottle. (that I could find).

Had hoped FT would be stocking them by now....

While I still can't figure out how to change the power level in TC mode I decided to try a low energy build on a new FT Hadaly clone that just came in:

It sits mostly flush on the DB2, maybe some air gap. I had previously set the TC profile to support NiFe48.

Capturing the flat wire under the bars proved to be somewhat challenging on one side. The deck on the Hadaly is one the flattest I've seen for a BF RBA. Center pin is flush with the deck (no trimming).

Here is 7 wraps of 30AWG NiFe48 flat wire with 2.5mm ID.

Man does this build toss out the clouds!

Have installed it now, and is about to wick it. Hope all goes well, but I'm wondering about how you set the TC profile to support NiFe48?

+ With the software I suppose.

Yes. With the software. There are 4 TC mode TCR memories that are editable with the software. Just plug in the number for NiFe48/52 into one of them (I used the TC memory slot) and select THAT mode and as long as you've created a low enough energy/power build to fire up you should be good to go.

Didn't understand much of setting the TCR value for the TC memory slots(M). I put in 0,0041 in the TCR slot. How to set the graphs I have no clue about.

It really tosses out vape yes! Maybe a bit too much for 12mg juice. Was pretty easy to wick with Fiber Freaks pre cut wicks. They are easy to twist. Dry burned the coil just a little. Read after that it's OK to dry burn NiFe48, or is it?

    0.7 Ohm coil.

Got a muted taste with the ribbonwire compared to round SS316, so went back.

Odd, I'm using a slight peppermint juice (1ml per 30ml bottle) and the first few pulls after a squonk are almost to intense.

Where did you get your NiFe48 flat wire? zivipf.com I assume?

Weird yes. I'll give it another go. Might be the wicking. Zivipf yes. Will not dry burn as it contains so much nickel.

After wicking and a fresh squonk I like to fire for a good 10sec while watching the legs to make sure I don't have any hot legs. I had to rearrange the wick on a Transformer RDA so the legs would not glow on a long draw.

Funny how different people get different experiences. The flavor fades on all my BF RDA's after the first few pulls. No matter what I wrap or wick with.

However that intense flavor the first few pulls is what I assume is why everyone says RDA's produce the most flavor.

The flavor in an RDA from freshly painted coils is always the best.

Thanks! I'm very pleased with the 1.3 ohm SS316L I have now, so I'll postpone it until I have to change the wick.

this is why i like my vaperesso transformer rda so much... it has a lower profile because it doesn't need to have more with a squonker, and the variety of builds of course... i have one setup as a postless single, a dual postless and the 3rd is setup as a velocity styled quad coil setup... between 1 dripbox 60 and 2 dripbox 160w.
