Driping noob

Ive been using cartos since day one. I ordered a couple joye 510 attys from provape to test this method, I know the rule of dripping only three drops at the bridge, but Im not getting any strong flavor or good vapor production and Im afraid as hell to damage my provape1 with floodings.

Any advice? i did prime the atty with around 5 drops first time

I never could get the hang of dripping. After so many dry hits that felt like death on my throat and lungs I gave it up for good.

What resistance atty are you using?

At 3.7v, your best bet is a 1.5 ohm low resistance atty. Anything over 2 ohms @ 3.7v has been less than satisfactory for me at least. If you're not getting any vapor at all or just really poor vapor, it may just be a weak/bad atomizer.

I drip 95% of the time, so I invested in two things: a Drip Shield and a sealed 510 to 510 adapter from EmpireMods.com. Works great, it keeps any leaks from the atty inside the shield and the sealed adapter keeps juice out of the connection on my Silver Bullet.

I started a thread yesterday about how messy I found dripping to be. I have a LR dripping atty and was constantly mopping up the drip well on my LT. Based on the advice I got, I cleaned the atty out and began using only two drops. No more mess, great flavor, but less vapor than I expected. Still a good experience in the end.

Yes they are 1.5 omh LR attys! Maybe its a bad atty, will give it a try with a new one to see how it goes, even tho besides the fact that im not a big fan of the polyfill I do like the convenience of cartos while on the go, I hate to take with me bottles of eliquids for my daily vape
