I got my new provari last week and I ordered an atty to go with it from provape. Finally got around to giving this atty a try and I don't know what's wrong. It has a very very stiff draw and I'm not getting much vapor out of it, but I am getting a throat hit. The thing gets hot too. I tried flooding it and then blowing it out but there is no change :(. If anybody has any ideas on whats wrong or how I can fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Who-Dat'

From what I see on the website. It's hard to tell what brand that they are selling. I know that one of them are the Joye wide band atomizers. Since it has that gold band at the bottom of it.

But, I can't tell with the others. They might be SLB atties. Which explain the extremely stiff draw that your having. That's one of the main qualities that make them unique. Even their cartos have the same type of draw.

One way of fixing it is to drill out the little holes that are on the connector. Which will allow more airflow.

No problem, sorry to hear that you didn't get a response sooner. It's odd that your getting a stiff draw from a Joye 510. Usually it's their 306's that have a stiff draw. Oh, forgot to mention this earlier. Since it's a 1.5-1.7 ohm atty then it will get very hot within a few hits. Which is why it's best to give it a few minutes rest after about 5 hits before you vape on it again. Also, remember not to feed it at that time or you will kill it.

Did you prime the atty before you used it? Which is just dripping 6 drops in a fresh or dry (blowing out all of the juice in it) atty and letting it rest for 10 minutes before vaping. The lack of vapor production is probably due to flooding. How many drops do you put into it? All you need is 3 drops every 5 hits or so.

Consequently, since your biggest problem is the draw. Then that's not something that can be used as a basis to get a replacement or anything. It's either you have try to fix it yourself or get another atomizer.
