In a nutshell, Im a newb who has only really used DCC's xl. Have has some MAJOR BATT isues over it all, wont blame LR Dcc's yet cause apparently the jury is still out on that. I cant blame Riva either cause mine are knockoffs! Flippin out till my epower gets here, trading off my half dying 4 egos, 3 rivas, 2 smoke tips, and about 15 'various stages of 'CRAP' cig-styles . BTW dont EVER buy used cig styles of ANYTHING!!! ThEY are disposable at best. good luck getting a week out of it!! ANYWAY... as I am having to BABY my batts, I had to LOSE the DCC's, drip when possible, and what I ofund interesting... somehow my cartos are doing a MUCH better job at this when pulling out the 'stufff'! explain if u can. Not an atty person, but when having to drip, my 'better' atty gave me a nastier tase about 80% of the time. I know im a newb, but modding a carto, in this instance, I can get a good vape!! I know that there are many variables, Im just glad that I found a way to make it all work till my epower gets here!

I've thought of pulling the "stuff" out of my cartos but never have. Hmmm.. I've got bunches of used cartos that I haven't got around to cleaning.. I wonder if I could pull the "stuff" out and use them like attys on my bottom feeder. I've never even heard of anyone doing this to a carto. But if it works that's wonderful. Thanks for the idea!

I just tried it.. when I pulled the batting out, the atty part came out too. I have seen a video where a guy took a boge carto apart and then used a plastic pen cap as the housing. It looked kinda hard to do so I never tried it.

I did that once with a Joye carto, which has a bottom coil. It made a fantastic dripping atomizer, but I cracked the tube in the disassembly so it didn't last long. I've also done the same with those G4 bottom coil clearomizers and they work fairly well for that purpose too.

these particular cartos su_k!! thats why I didnt feel bad pulling them apart! the stuffing was too tight and always tasted burnt because of it, this is originally why I started 'disecting!' I wasted a lot of juice trying to get them soaked enough where this wouldnt happen, grrr. glad they can serve another purpose!!
