the HG site worked for me... take a look at the weekly specials on EM
LR attys for $3 HV510 $3 and i think regular attys for $4.
the RIVA is about the same size as the EGO i think... but it should last way longer than a mini-ecig. but try to get yer ejuices locally if you can just to avoid issues with customs! good luck!

In connection with the 'blu' I think you shouldn´t drip it, and it would be very difficult, since it comes with an external atty. You can do it (I used to...) but it can go messy. Though, you can dip it. Just let the bridge of the atty sit on liquid for five seconds (which equals roughly to 0,05 mls. or around two small drops). I think that is the way to go with that model.
Remember that you should not DRIP any model which does not inclued SEALED batts (manuals for the most part are sealed; autos are not).
If you DIP carefully though (just with the tip of the atty's bridge) you will be OK.

1) What are the advantages of dripping?
I've done a lot of lurking and understand how to do it, but not what it's honestly good for. Also, does dripping leave the aftertaste on the atomizer for a long time?

2) Is there a way to test all my new fun e-liquid flavors without going through the trouble of filling 10 cartridges? Preferably quickly- would dripping be good for something like this?

3) I've seen "510" and "m401"(?) and "901" models posted about a lot. But I don't know how to identify them, it seems 901's are longer? What model would you compare the Blu & Sidesho to if you had to? Also, any suggestions for reputable vendors for these models that are fairly priced?

I drip, use modded carts, and cartos. Here are my opinionated answers to your questions.

1. Of the three methods, dripping gives the best hit, flavor and vapor. The method of vaping doesn't affect the amount of "aftertaste" in the atty...the flavor of the juice is the biggest factor. Mild flavors like watermelon are easy to remove, whereas strong flavors like cinnamon candy tend to linger in the atty.

2. Dripping is the most practical way to test juices. You may want limit your "test sessions" to 2 or 3 flavors because to get the true flavor you need to vape it for a while. My tast buds go on strike if I try to test more than 3 flavors. You could use fresh atties, or clean them between flavors. I just blow them out well (threads down works better for me), drip 2-3 drops of pg/vg and blow out again, replace batt and take one long pull, then drip the next flavor. Works well for me.

3. Previous poster Moshmarr gave you excellent links to Elendil's and DonDaVoomVape's threads to address this question with pictures. And you have enough info already on reputable vendors, etc.

So my starter kits finally arrived~! However, I am already encountering problems. With both models I'm noticing an extremely gross chemical taste. I read that this can just be a manufacturer error or maybe just the gross primer taste. But it's coming from ALL of my new attys and happened even after we washed them with hot water.
Just a terrible coincidence or something we just need to stick through? ]:
We tried using other carts but the taste continues!

I also noticed a popping sound happening on occasion. Am I not allowing enough time to re-wick? Did I burn out my atty(s) before I got any mileage out of it?

No I did not reprime them o-o
Is that important? I didn't realize you have to do that. Oh no~ did I ruin them?
What should I reprime them with?

It is a hiss and crackle noise. It just makes a loud pop when I start which is quit alarming- I thought that seemed some what logical with the automatic battery because it gets shocked into working. But even the manual battery did it. I'm glad it's nothing to be worried about.
