I was looking at the veritas...looked dual coil? Not ready yet for dual builds. A good single coil would be better for me at this time.

I'd suggest the Igo-L, not the W. Simplest rda ever, single coil, you can easily drill the air hole to your liking (cap is fairly thin) and builds in a wink. I have one that is permanently fitted with a 2mm 30ga 1.2Ω coil and 3mm silica wick for juice tasting. Just rinse, pat with a tissue and dryburn, and it's ready for the next juice. Holds like 1/2ml and doesn't leak. Cheap as dirt.

Sorry for the lousy pics. Made on the fly with my desk computer camera.

(For me) I would keep it simple and continue to use my RM2. Cheesecake in the bottle, squonk, drip one of the toppings from above, and vape. Would some of the topping end up in the bottle? Yes, but I wouldn't care. :)

I've found that the slow seepage of the flavoring generally results in a state that I no longer need to drip the flavorings... YMMV.

I'm definitely a noob to RBAs. I've built a whole 2 coils so far, lol! Wick #1 worked great. Wick #2 was horrible. Wick #3 is working well. That's my rebuilding experience :D

It's just trial and error. When I first started my coils looked like a 2 year old made them. Now I'm pretty nice at it.

I'll give another nod to the Magma. As others have said, leaking isn't really an issue if you only fill the juice well about half way full. It's got a deep well, so half full is still quite a bit, more than many other drippers will hold period. I find it easy to build on personally. Dual coils are a bit tricky at first, but single coils are a snap. The air flow control is great with three different options for both single and dual coil. Flavor and vapor are both really impressive IMO. I have a dual 28 gauge build reading .5 ohms with a 50/50 mix of BG and Hummingbird going right now and I'm in vaping heaven!

soo many decent priced drippers out now, IgoL is a great starter, CLT by infinite (dual coil only though), Magma, ToBh,atomic and the Quasar all worth looking at
hope that helps

I dont know if it was just mine but the positive pin kept adjusting itself in and out on mine and that was annoying enough to for me to sell it.

Another +1 for the Magma. Easy to build on, deep well and good vapor and great flavor. Easy to close off one airhole with the AFC ring if you want to run single coil. Only time I've ever had it leak was if I overfill or if I'm not careful filling through the top. Honestly lasts long enough at half full that I don't even think about it. Running rayon wicks I could turn it upside down and it won't leak. Yes I tried it! lol

You get to a point where nothing less than virtuoso perfectionism cuts it. There have been times that I've ripped a off quad build because one of the coils was not firing in sync.

I got a Magma last week and a Veritas this week. Both are great flavor RDAs, hard to pick which one I like more. I also built my veritas with a single horizontal coil and did not have that difficult of a time doing it. Haven't yet tried building a vertical SC or DC on it yet since this horizontal is performing so well.

+1 in the IGO-L for starters, very easy to learn on, and you may never want or need to go further.

+1 on the Magma for advancing. It does take patience to get two coils aligned over their air holes at the same time, but once I got them there, the rest of that December bottle of GCD blissfully disappeared.

All good suggestions so far, but for a noob I would recommend the igo-w. While it doesn't have afc and is not the most stylish, it is very easy to build on. Enlarge one air hole and tape off the other and it's set for single coil builds.

i had an i-go w4 and it was a great starter! it lacks some of the features like afc and attractiveness but it got the job done for sure! ;)

Haven't seen this one mentioned. It was the dripper I picked up after trying to find the best, cheapest one.
It is the IGO-M, made by the same folks as all the other IGOs you love. It is not a clone of anything either. While clones don't bother me, I do enjoy how well this atty was created with an original design.
It's set up with adjustable airflow, and has three large air holes on both sides of the atty giving you huge gasps of air down to tiny tight draw.
The M also has three posts with leg holes for easy building, and can accommodate up to four coils.
This is a great, inexpensive dripper, and from my experience can accommodate anyone from novice to expert.
Here is a video on it's setup and performance.
