I use bottom coil clearos for my regular vaping, Davides, mini Protanks and Evods, in that order of preference. Since I seem to be interested in flavors that no one has percentage recommendations for, I think I'm in for a lot of trial and error testing. So I went ahead and ordered some old fashioned dripping atomizers to cut down on the dumping out and cleaning.

What I'm wondering is whether dripping really intensifies flavors as much as some people claim, and if so, how accurate it will be for testing purposes. Would I need to adjust until I like them and then go up from there a bit and then try them in a mini protank to fine tune?

I have hand problems, so I'm never going to get into dripping on a regular basis (or rebuilding) and most of the flavors I'm looking at are pretty much one or two flavorings each, so this is pretty much just for testing while I figure out how much flavoring I need.

I use a couple of IGO-L drippers for my flavor tasting. I build them the same way my tanks are to replicate flavor crossover. Most of my tanks are 2.0 to 2.4 ohms with ekowool so I builld my dripper the same. You will notice some modest taste difference in the dripper to the tank but it is close enough for me to determine flavor level when working with a new flavor.

You wont get the intense flavor without cranking up the watts or going sub ohm. The main difference is you can't drill the air holes on most tanks such as an EVOD or a BCC. You can with most any dripper which helps produce a better vape at higher wattage which in turn improves flavor production. Think of it this way if you lick a banana it wont taste as intense as biting into it. So if you plan to just drip at the same ohms and wattage as you normally vape I doubt you will be all that impressed.

Switching flavors is easier only because there is no tank to dump. Otherwise bottom coils have such small wicks even smaller then most drippers. So switching flavor on a tank is not difficult just more time consuming to dump/fill.

I think something to note here is that the driptip you use on both the dripper and your BCC should be the same to get a good feel for flavor intensity. With most and not all drippers you'll see wide bore tips which is commonly used for cloud chasing. In your search for flavor compatibility I've found that matching both coil ohm and driptip have given me good results in making flavors that I can use in my tanks (protank2/kraken/kayfun/iclear30) that have intense flavor in my drippers. IMHO!

Weather you use an igo-L with that complex build or a cheap atty you find on clearance for $1 there will be differences between what hardware you test with and what hardware you vape with. I use both the igo-l and cheap atty's and this is just to get me into the ballpark when mixing. Once I'm there and towards the end of my experiment I always final test in my ADV hardware. It's all trial and error.

I thinks this the right place to ask sorry if it's not.
Has anyone bought nic from my freedom smokes.
How is it any good. Cause I read some place sell crappy nic.
And since it comes with PG VG in it do just have to add flavoring. I am new to D.I.Y

Last time I bought from there about 9 months ago I found the nic a bit harsh and peppery. It's perfect if your a tobacco vaper but not so great for the desert and fruit vapers.
