Dripping is great until Attys die (instantly)

well i went from the protege at near 3.7 volts to the protege at near 5 volts to the BB at near 5volts at 2 amps. what i can say is that my attys love the 5v 2a better then the 5v 1.5 a from my battery pack. also the juice and wetness of the atty play into the life span. high volts is for dripping plan and simple the higher the volts the wetter you need to keep the wire. any other questions i will be glad to answer via PM.

From past reviews it seems the sturdiest atomizer is the BE112

Thanks for all the responses. It sounds like I need to order the BE112s and keep them wet. Now that I have my routine down dripping at work and using refilled cartos when mobile, I am trying to refine my system to keep my costs down. I have easily spend over $800 in 8 weeks on devices and supplies. At some point, I need to break even and start saving money.

Damn...just had 2 more 801s go out in the last hour. The BE211s were out of stock from ElectronicCigarettesOfHouston.com , so I ordered 5 of the Joye 302's from myvaporstore.com. Doots had recommended these for 5V dripping. If these work as well as the PS 801s, I will quit dripping altogether.

My 510 attys last about a month and sometimes as much as 2 months. Those are the ones I use at 5v with my V2 and PT. I drip most of the time. And I vape like a madman all day.
The 510's that use on my 3.7v batts last 3 months or more. I'd be really ...... if I was blowing them after 5 days!!! Not sure what you're doing or I'm doing but that really sounds like a high failure rate!!

BTW - I don't do crap to maintain em. Every so often I may blow one out if I flooded it and I wipe down the threads when they get gunky.

Ugh, my BE112 is pissing me off. I just received it like a week and a half ago and my batteries only work when they want to and I've lost an atty... so dumb!

It's great when it actually works though.. I guess I'll have to just puff on my Volcano til I can get my mitts on a 510 for a good price. Thank goodness Volcano is about to release their 510.
