before I do something really stupid, I would like to get some expert advice. I've heard so much about dripping into an empty carto that I would like to try it. I have a dead carto that I hopefully can get the fill out of without distroying the wire. OK, assuming it's empty and I have screwed it onto my battery, do I just drip my juice into it? I have both a auto and manual battery, does it matter which one I use? They both appear to have a hole in the connection top part. Am I going to kill my battery? (I hate when that happens). Any advice would be appreciated.

Dead Carto? As in, it doesn't heat up anymore or ??? Take one end of a pair of tweezers or a safety pin and work the polyfill back and forth against the housing for a minute. Slowly try and remove it (it's pretty easy) that should just leave the sock attached to the atty wire. Then hold the Carto at angle and 5-6 drops along the sides of the housing and vape. Using this method is kinda cool, done it, but it's also kinda of a hassle getting the polyfill out, and you can't load it up with a lot of juice. Short term though you can get some pretty good vape hits out of it, I used to leave the cap off....you do have to add juice often.

I would never advise dripping into a carto with polyfill removed while it is on a battery. You really want to keep the battery connection free of moisture if possible.

Even more so with an Auto because juice can actually go into the battery and kill it. If you look at the batt end of your auto and manual you will will see the hole in the middle of the connection on an Auto goes all the way through.
