Drop Mods Ikarus venting question

So I had a quick question on the drop mods Ikarus hybrid

First this mod looks awesome and as someone who likes 18350 mods that are small as possible, I can't wait to get one. The only thing that is keeping me from ordering one is that I saw on igetcha69's review, he said there was no venting. The drop mods website says that there is somewhere hidden in the switch.

Does anyone who has one know if they are in fact vent holes? If not, is it possible to drill small vent holes on the body or on the bottom piece that would be hidden by the firing button? Are there any ramifications of doing this?
