Is it just me? I seem to like tanks when they have either a drop or nano version. I first noticed this with the Lemo. Wasn't thrilled with the regular lemo, but the Lemo drop had me for a while. Then I got the billow V2, great tank I thought, until I got the Billow V2 Nano, ended up with two of those. Now I decided I wanted something else (shiny-itis sucks) and this time I learned my lesson and went straight for the 3ML Aromamizer RDTA.

The smaller tanks not only seem to deliver much better flavor, but allow me to change flavors several times a day easily.

I wish every tank came in both options.

The Ubertoot. The authentic is quite expensive and hard to get, but the UTA v2 clone on FT is pretty nice. It comes with both the full size and nano parts.

The Erlkonigin has an available nano kit. Finding a clone one now is pretty much impossible now though.

The Rose v2-s is the "stumpy" version of the v2.

I can't think of anything else right now that hasn't already been mentioned.

So the Aromamizer is worth a look? I'm a Kayfun lover who just wants more flavor. Lots of the tanks today are designed for much more airflow than I care for, being a MTL vaper. If you close down the airflow on some of the newer ones you get flooding from increased vacuum.

Phil Busardo gets cranky with the Billow 2 when the glass tank section cracks as he unscrews the tank. Then, he starts griping about how both tanks snap the coil wire leads when he tightens them down. Sharp edged screws are the issue. He's comparing the Aromamizer and the Billow 2 in this video. It's just a bad day in the neighborhood, apparently!

I've been thinking about buying one of the two and can't quite make up my mind. I know ... buy them both! Maybe once the stock returns from the Chinese New Year.

I have a Lemo, Billow v2, 2 Aromamizer v1's, Bellus, and the Aromamizer Supreme. The Billow v2 was great in it's day, but it's real PITA now that I've been acquainted with the Aromamizer line of tanks. The Supreme is the best flavor I've ever experienced from an RTA. And there's a shorty version also. Just throwing that out there.

The Pico RTA looks to be pretty short as well. I've been trying to find some short tanks as well to put on my COV Mini Volt for stealth carry. With its 40w limit though, single coils are all I've been looking for.
The goblin nano is perfect(imo) for the miNI volt, but the "single coil" adapter only comes with the goblin mini :/

Edit to add: this last "me" a full day. 2 and a half tanks vaped before dead from fully charged(tank holds 2ml), with the battery set at 20w normal mode.

I'm looking at the original Aromamizer at VapeNW for $19.99 and they show both sizes in the picture, but the text says it's available in 6ml or 3ml sizes. You have to pick which size to order.

I was hoping that removing the steel ring would drop it down from 6ml to 3ml, but I guess it's not like that since the chimneys would be different. That would be a nice feature.

Aromamizer RDTA by Steam Crave $19.99 (Velocity Style Deck) Original - RBA - Tanks

Should I wait for the V2?

The V2 is already out, but the only difference in the v1 and v2 is a flat top cap and a dedicated AFC ring. They will perform the same. $20 is a steal but if you have the money, the Supreme version is a huge improvement over the original.
