So I had butter fingers and dropped my battery into a cup of coffee. There was only about a 1/4 inch of coffee in the cup. The battery didn't get fully submerged, but did get wet from the coffee. I grabbed it off, shook it and dried it off. Obviously I'm going to let it sit overnight to dry (worried about the vent holes on the button top). After that do you think it will still be good or have I ruined it?

rinse it.

don't want sticky coffee clinging to conductive particulates that may come into contact with the cell.

then dry it thoroughly... as thoroughly as it takes for your comfort level to be achieved... and especially well enough that moisture contained within the cell and it's wrapper isn't a threat to the mods it's used in.

then... you should be fine. just keep an eye out for moisture and corrosion for a while.
