Just a quick question... dropped one of my dpv9 (Vapor King, KRD808-1) batteries on the ground.... it stopped working, at least as far as turning on and off as a result of sucking into it... it will turn on if i stick a paperclip into the switch,,, but that doesn't fix the issue.... any ideas on how to fix it? or is it better just to toss it? i have it in the freezer right now,, no idea how or if that'd help,, but i did it anyway!

Have you tried tapping the end on desk/table something solid.
I'm no expert but it sounds like the switch is stuck... and maybe a few 'gentle' taps will unstick it.
Ps - don't know that I'd put a battery in the freezer....
good luck

I bypass the whole e-cig battery issue

thanks for the response voiceofchoices! yeah, haha, i tried tapping it 'lightly' and then moved onto tapping it extra hard! i've done pretty much everything short of running it over w/ my car! i'm not too stingy to buy a new 10$ battery,,, i just don't give up trying too easily when it comes to something i think can be fixed,, guess i like the challenge!

If you like a challenge then try taking it apart to see what the problem is. The drop may have broken a wire connection loose opposed to breaking the switch. Wires can be resoldered. If nothing else, keep the disassembled parts if the switch is actually dead. Eventually another battery with good switch will die out and you can tell swap the battery cells.
