Apovoe APL580 Battery problem

hi guys,

i have this brand with me and it's only 3 weeks in, and it suddenly stopped working. i tried drying the battery out in case some of the juice got in, and then tried charging, but the LEDs starting blinking alternately between the charger and the assembly until it got blue.
i tried pressing the switch after but nothing happened.

any ideas how to fix this?
