Dropped my nic levels!

Officially vaping at 12mg and ONLY 12mg. This is a big change because I am moving from 18 and 16mg juices. Definitely felt it at first, and was craving and craving. Now it is starting to level out, and I am settled at 12. Man the vape is much tastier and more enjoyable. 12 is probably high for a lot of you, but consider that I started at a custom level of 28mg about three weeks ago, and haven't had a single run-in with chewing tobacco since I started.


My war on nicotine will continue!.............But I will forever vape, even when I am at 0.

12 mg is my favorite for my lower wattage devices. Hits the spot perfectly

Nice, I'm considering dropping to 3. Going from 12 down to 6 was actually a little scary...I know it's insane. Been on 6 for a month and after the first couple days, it seems just fine. I'm thinking I'm vaping more for the sake of vaping than because of the need for nicotine.

I guess you are right. My war with nicotine is to get it to something LOW. 6 or 3. Once I am at that point, I may just stay there. Chew is the big part of the war. Just for shizingiggles, I loaded up some 16mg premium 50/50...Tasted awful to me. Peppery and stung my throat. There is no going back at this point!

I started with 6 and stayed there. I have a some bottles of 0 nic and I keep trying to prepare myself for the switch but I am afraid to try. I think that 6 is still a far cry from 2 packs a day though.

I too thought I would keep vaping when I dropped the nicotine.
But I have found I hardly have any desire for it.
2-3 times a day maybe I pick it up anymore.

It turns out I was just a nic fiend
