I am by no means a Provari expert, but I am wondering if when you dropped it you had a carto on it and maybe it has pushed the 'post' down so your cartos are now not making contact? I am sure a more knowledgeable member will be along shortly, but check the post and see if sticks out as much as it used to.... (if that makes sense).

Great suggestion.... please check to see if your post is making a connection as stated by LFC. If it needs move upwards you can remove the battery and use tweasers and gently pull up on the post to re adjust it. Please keep us posted if this is the issue.

Thanks to everyone that responded to this post...I've been drinking tonight....and thankfully I gave my sis my backup pv and she gave it back to me...unfortunately she hasn't been using it...but it'll hold me until I figure it out for now....I gave her my backup in hopes she would try to quit...but her head is a little older and harder than mine :)

3.7 volts isn't going to cut it for long though.... :p

It sounds like the bottom spring may not be making contact.Check that before the center post . Third it could be that the circuit slid up a little . You should be able to tell that by seeing if the display is moved or button is slightly rubbing. I dropped mine on concrete from like 4ft up and surprisingly it didnt even have a scratch on it. It hit on the bottom cap though and not the carto end

Sorry to hear about that Maureen,

Check AO mode. If you are getting a constant 1.3 ohms regardless of what atty you install, then this could be a indicator that something is damaged on the board from the impact. That would require you to send it in and we can arrange to take a look at it. If this is the case, email us and well make arrangements.

She won't be able to mesure the atty in AO mode if theres is not connection made though...

yeah it sounds like a problem with the center pin. it probably fell and pushed it around/shorted it somehow. I'm only guessing and have literally 0%mechanical knowledge haha. but from what i read in other areas, that sounds like the most likely culprit. I'm sorry to hear that its not working, id be sad if my mini broke. I've dropped mine a few times but no problems other than a broken cartomizer. good luck to you and keep us updated.
