I don't count drops, not accurate, a graduated cylinder really works best, I like the Pyrex ones, but they are pricey, plastic ones will work too. Another thing I've done is take the plunger out of a 10ml syringe, put the cap over the needle, put the whole thing standing in a narrow drinking glass with the open end up, and use that, after mixing, I use another syringe to draw my juice out and put it into a bottle.

Counting drips was way too inaccurate for me, not to mention I'd usually lose count. 3ml syringes work very well for small batches(2ml) and larger 120ml batches. I use them without the needle and pump a couple times in water between different liquids.
