Hi guys,

I don't know what dry hits are exactly,but I can say that I'm getting hits that make my throat dry, scratchy, and sometime make me cough from my protank.
I have tried different wattages, voltages, and different juices. Currently on 50/50, and everything tastes like banana haha, but might be because my previous juice was banana

A dry hit is what happens when the juice fails to wick properly and you're burning wick and coil with no juice , it gives a nasty burnt taste to the hit , what you're describing is more likely from pg ratio or nic content .

Try higher vg or lower nicotine .

It may be a problem w/ your gear or juice, but I feel like my hits taste dry and sometimes irritate my throat a bit if I haven't been drinking enough water. Since starting vaping, I do drink more than I used to, and it's pretty much a requirement w/ the nature of vapor. And it just tastes better in general when you're fully hydrated IMO.
