Dry mouth Fix

If this is in the wrong section, I do apologize. I am pretty new to the site. Basically, I have been a smoker for 8 years. It actually claimed my teeth . My entire top row of teeth have been removed and i was forced to get implants. Sucks. Only wish i had found vaping sooner. NOW. Because of my dental issues, I already had some of this laying around, but it really helps and the price was actually pretty decent.

As I am new to vaping. I discovered I got dry mouth A LOT. Because I always have the damn thing in my mouth to get my urges to smoke in check. Water made it worse for me, soda made it better. Dont get me wrong, I love my soda, but I dont want that to be my go-to for when my mouth is dry.

When i was looking through my cabinet this morning i had found some Act Mouthwash, however, it was designed with Dry Mouth in mind. Took a swig of that after brushing my teeth, splashed it around and spit it out. That was at about 10 am. since then I have been able to suck on this thing all day with no dry mouth. I believe the bottle costs like $4.95 at Walmart or something.

Again. If this is the wrong section, I am sorry. But it helped me out and I hope it can help others out with the same issue. I know how annoying it can be xD

Well funny you should mention this. I'm faced with the same issues with my mouth, Gums, Meds , along with Vaping I have a dry mouth. But be clear it's not just due to Vaping that I have the dry mouth.
But A Gum called Xylitol will keep your mouth moist. Not cheap but it works; ins't nasty.

Biotene mouthwash is even better imo. They make generic brands with the exact same ingredients.
