Dry thoat and coughing when vaping

I bought some dragon fruit (high vg) from my vape shop for my dripper but it dries my throat and makes me cough violently granted it is 12 mg nic but i have vaped 24mg in a dripper with no problem. I dont think this should be happening with a high vg blend juice can someone explain why?

Hummm, is it maybe more acidic?

I can't vape a lot of fruits because it irritates my mouth.

Weird, for me it's PG that does that. Very irritating to my throat. However, I've read of others and them having an adverse reaction to VG. Also, some brands have harsher nic, IMO. Not all nic, PG, or VG is the same. Hope you figure it out!

Maybe your vaping too hot.. Try more wraps or less power.

On another note what are premium juices and how are they different from regular juices

Quality of the bases maybe? If there is something harsh in the juice maybe that could do it. Also sometimes on my mechs something will suddenly taste harsh...and then I remember to change out for a fresh battery (duh!) and its smooth again. I would suggest that it could be a host of things. I would look at what has changed...and do a process of elimination. If your equipment hasn't changed and you are used to vg and you are tolerant I would lean to the assumption that it might be that particular juice.. Good luck!
