DSE-901 cartridge filler interacting with JC juice?

Hi All,

I wonder if anybody has noticed this effect:

When I dip Johnson Creek Espresso PG juice into a standard DSE-901 cartridge I see a tiny bit of smoke(?) coming out of the filler. It's very faint, but visible. I wonder if a chemical reaction is triggered and if there's anything that I and other vapors should be aware of.

The last time I saw such effect was when I tried to super-glue a pair of packing foam boxes. Somehow the glue started a chemical reaction with the foam and it started to produce white smoke and get hot. I did not set anything on fire, so it was a chemical effect.

I haven't experimented if this happens only with the JC juice, JC Espresso juice or other e-liquids. I'll invest more time into this, but wonder if anybody may have seen anything similar.
