I received a modded RM2 as part of a Reo I bought off the classies. It was described as: the remoizer 2.0 has 2 1/16" air holes...makes for an airy draw but produces TONS of vapor

I'm getting tons of... air.

Granted, the coil that is on it is only my second attempt at a coil, so there may be some user error involved.

Is there a secret to using an RM2 like this?

Here is my first attempt at making it vapable. It helps a lot, but negatively impacts the stealthiness of my Mini 2.1 :)

LMAO! Bro, that thing looks ridiculous on that mini. The tooth pic is epic.

I kinda agree on that. I was thinking that if you find a old dull drill bit, (5/64 should work if its a true 1/16 hole), then match the radius by grinding the shank end to round it off. Then just cut off 1/8 off that end and gently tap it into the hole with a cloth covered hammer. With a good polishing on the radius end before installing it, it could match pretty close. Idk, just a thought...

so, i'm getting close to dealing with my dual-carb... (yeh, yeh, i'm a tad slow :) bought some jb weld, superglue and god knows what else.

after playing with the carto condom as Karen suggested, it seems i need to cover one hole and around half of the other to get it acceptable to me. i am content with my other unmodified rm2s, so even one 1/16" airhole seems too airy.

what's the size of the stock airhole? i'm guessing i will need to plug up both holes then drill or ream one out somehow? i'm also not sure whether the ending hole should be closest or furthest from the coil...

i'm torn between trying to resurrect this thing or just donate it to one of the coil gurus to further the REO University research into Non-Standard Coilage...

Reoville requires a signed Form 223 for any donations to research. These forms are available at the clerks office on Friday night from 9-9:30 PM. The form must be notarized. The notary public is available every other Tuesday ( 2cd and 4th Tuesday of the month) from 1-2 PM at the town office complex. Thank you.
