I'm new and love cartos, so will try to help. I'm only familiar with Boge or Smoke Tech and I use the condom method because I'm lazy. Of course I just received some 1.5 dual coil that didn't come with condums. That's the little rubber caps on either end. I'll cross my fingers and hope you have them.
Take off the rubber cap, I use a paper clip. I fill up the condum about 3/4 full and slowly stick the
threaded end of the carto into it. You should start showing fluid on top if you had enough in the condum. If not, add a little more fluid to the top and let it sit for a few minutes. Add more
juice if needed.
Take out of the condum, wipe off the
threaded end. From the threaded end, blow the air channel clear and hold a piece of toilet paper in front to catch any extra that was in the air tube. Put the cap back on and should be ready to go. That is just one way of doing it and there are videos on YouTube to watch about it. Good luck.
