Me? I use the condom method for the first fill.
Then after that I fill through the mouth end. I just pour some juice in, instead of counting drops

I just slowly drip into them at an angle then shake it like a thermometer to force the juice down to the bottom. I guess, in the end, it's whatever works best for you.

I'm using one on a Reo, i filled it thoroughly first, (drip, condom, shake combined) and have since been bottom feeding, (no problem) switching on to an ego for convenience, no problem and then shaking like a thrmomenter and refilling and away we go.

two quibbles. It's very hot and really delivers. (scotch vs. ale in alcohol terms.) (not really a problem but whoa gotta mix up some lower nic juice for these)

it gives metallic tinge to the flavor. this is a real problem. ( Not sure if it's related to heat, copper coil fast ignition?) so i am using them for times when i need a JOLT and using good ole boge 2.0s for daily use.
