RDA Dual Coil Newbie Help

I have a dual coil set up on my rda, it was built by a local vapor store. I've been using it for 3-4 weeks and have changed the cotton numerous times. Lately I've noticed that only one side of the cotton is burning the liquid. When I dry burn the coil, one lights up faster than the other.

Could something have happened when I changed the cotton?

Is it time to rebuild new coils?

What else can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

I dunno about what could be wrong with it but build a new coil! For 0.5/6 ohms I do 10 wraps around a 1mm allen key for each coil. Works out nicely.

I'm sure more experienced advice will come before long. I have no experience with rta's but i think its probably time for a new coil.

If one coil is heating faster than the other it usually means there's a connection problem on the side that's slower firing. Check the screw connections and make sure they're tight, one side has a better connection than the other.

Check your post screws! Whenever a coil that has been behaving well up to this point starts misbehaving out of the blue, check the screw. Especially if you're using a cheaper RDA or a clone (Tobeco I'm looking at you).
