Just got my new sigelei 150w and I'm loving it. 30w on an ipv mini is definitely different then on a dual 18650 mod.
My Question is if I want to vape over 30w should I continue to buy dual 18650 mods or do single 18650 mods handle 50w well? Because I've had my eye on the ipv mini 2 70w just want to make sure it can handle it.

I've got the Segelei 150W as well, and I love the versatility of the extra power if needed. I also have the VS rDNA 40 single battery, and I like it as well, but there is a difference between the two. To be honest, the Segelei is my favorite, although I love the size of the VS for "on the go" vaping. I would think a single ipv mini 70w would give you enough power, but battery life could be an issue as an all day Vape at or near full power.

It's really about the chip. A single 18650 mod like the Sigelei 50w mini/v2 should be just as good as your 150w at the same setting.

As noted, cranking on that single battery mod at 50w will drain the battery pretty quickly. Upside is that most single battery boxes can be recharged via usb port. throughout the day.
