Single 18650 VW Mods units vs Double 18650 Mod VW

This may be a very stupid question, but i just want to be sure, the charge on a mod with two 18650 will last longer then a mod with one 18650 battery. looking to get nothing less then 12 to 14 hours of use out of a single charge.

Using a Aerotank Mega with 1.8ohm Dual Coil.

With two of these: Samsung INR18650-25R 3.6V 2500mAh 35A peak discharge / 22A continuous discharge.
