The only dual 26650 mods I've seen are either mechs or something like The Beast (which appears to be in series, not parallel): http://maximumvapors.3dcartstores.com/The-Beast-Competition_p_514.html

For what you want, you are most likely looking at a DIY project. Learn a bit of Tinkercad and print up your own box on Shapeways or grab a Hammond box in the correct size and toss in a DNA, SX or OKR-T chip.
