I think 'edit' is turned off for new posters until you have x number of posts. Seems like x=10 but not sure.

Thanks much for the reply. I was pretty confused and though either 1) I had failed the intelligence/internet test or 2) the morning vape was addling my brains.

And, just FYI... "Edit" goes away after the original post is either 2 or 3
