Depending on coil ohm resistance more voltage would change the wattage the coil uses to create heat. So depending on your inhale method and the length of your draws you would experience more heat. This would also change vapor production to an extent and flavor, but it's dependent on the juice as well.

So at 1.5Ohm 3.7v you are at 9w.
1.5 and 4.1v you are at 11w.

A minor change that you should notice a little difference, but not huge like going from 8w to 15w or 20w.
