Tank or carto problem?

I have two identical Smok Tech Pyrex DCT tanks both with Smok Tech 1.5ohm dual coil cartos with the same juice in both. My question is why does one tank hit harder than the other on the same battery? I run 4.5-4.8v on both tanks, but it does it through out the entire voltage range. I have primed and replaced cartos, cleaned the tanks, etc to try to fix the problem.

Inconsistent cartos.

I got a box of Boge last month. Weak as hell.

3 different cartos from the same box, 1 in the good hitting tank and 2 in the bad hitting tank and I still get the same results.

I have had zero luck with the dual coil cartos, i use smoktech single coil

It sounds like it could be an air flow issue with the actual tank. Have you tried taking the carto out of the tank that is working good and putting it in the one that is not? That could tell you if it is the carto or the tank but then again I am no expert by any means. Hopefully some of the more experienced will come along to give you better advice.

I buy them pre-punched and drill the hole out larger, I've also tried the slotted. I finally said "F it" and went to an iClear 30S 2.1 dual coil clearo, and never looked back. I'm loving everything about this tank and plan on buying a boat load more for my juice arsenal!!
