Duplicate Profiles - I'm new

I am new to this forum and I have already received a warning about having multiple accounts. Well that is false. I only have this one! There is one other profile on here that I have noticed in the member list that goes by "Sachi" I am NOT this person - I am indeed Sachi_WI - How do I get this warning removed? I don't want even a strike against me even if it's just a warning when I have done nothing wrong. Could someone PLEASE get back to me on this!? I can't seem to get a response either way and hope this works.
