I recently received an order from e-bigboxstore.com Everything arrived with the exception of a couple atomizers, total value around $12.00. So, I notified them using the contact form provided on their website.

This morning I received their reply. Other than redacting my own name, I am quoting verbatim here:

Don't know how to change the title. I went back and discovered it was bigboxstore.com, not e-cig.com Oops... Now I feel very bad, as e-cig.com delivered my stuff correctly and promptly. Admins, if you notice this, help me out? I are a bone-haid...

They took care of my issue of them sending my order to the wrong state/address. It turned out the program they use to label the shipments was dropping the first number from Zip codes. They remailed the order at their expense. My experience, I'd order from them again.
