This afternoon, Derb E Cigs, along with Legato Vapors and Jet Setter Vapors filed a lawsuit in federal court against the state of Indiana. We believe that the new regulations set forth by the state are unconstitutional and give an unfair advantage to the tobacco manufacturers. Please stay tuned for more information. PLEASE SHARE!

Oh brother, reading the comments on that facebook page has made me just sick. It seems nothing is ever as it seems.

I did see the one about another prospective suit from 150+ shop owners. - I'll be as supportive of their effort if they still proceed. I hope that they do. They stand a better chance.

I'm thinking probably not nicnik. I'm pretty sure Hoosier said something about a lawsuit being filed now wouldn't have anything to challenge because the law hasn't taken affect yet, or something close to that. Plus Hoosiers really do need to stick together on this right now and probably need to keep each other in "the loop" so to speak and it seems that is not happening. The only plus I can think of right now is that there may be something that comes from this first lawsuit that can help the big lawsuit as far as tactics/planning goes.

Hoosier is a favorite vendor of mine. Are they one of the shops joining together to fight/sue?

Hoosier is a member here who has been keeping us in the loop here at ECF as he is a council member of Hoosier Vaper's which is a group of vapers in Indiana that has been coordinating with CASAA to help fight this legislation. He's been very good about explaining the ins and outs of how the political process works here in Indiana as well as keeping us updated on current issues that need attention.

OK, I get it. You were referring to Hoosier the ecf poster, not the vendor "Hoosier Ecig". Thanks
