E-Cig EMS Shipping

Hello all, I ordered on monday some stuff from e-cig for the first time and chose express shipping. They shipped it with EMS and the tracking still shows dispatched from their sorting center but hasn't updated yet. I realise EMS is the worst express shpping but it's been six days now without any update on my order so I was wondering if this is normal. I talked with e-cig through their Live Support and they told me that sometimes EMS doesn't update on time and that my order should arrive soon, but I don't trust them so I'm asking you guys.

Also I wanted to know if I can choose the shipping method next time, and which one is the best ? (preferably for UK)

Ooooo. Read the unhappy customer comments on E-Cig's forum. EMS has confiscated some stuff. Wish you good luck.

That's what happened to all my 3 orders..stuck for at least a week then suddenly appears at my doorstep without a warning...yeah , they are slow...but finally will reach your destination....

About the choice of other express shipping method...I don't think there is any other options...until after the Olmpics...

The delay to the UK could be because of the en-route sorting stations. From the China to the US its a pretty direct shipment. I got both my orders in about 3 days of the shipping notice.

EMS deliver to UK customs then Parcel Force take over.. e-cig have either used TNT.. EMS or China Post for liquid with my recent orders..

my last order has been split.. the pipes got refused the first time because of the small bottle of liquid.. they also got delayed due to chines customs inspection the second time.. i think the liquid has been sent separately by china post..

the part of the order sent TNT is now in Northampton.. i expect it to arrive Monday or Tuesday.. UK customs allowing.. he he..

the process isnt entirely risk free.. but so far all my orders have arrived in reasonable time.. between one and two weeks..

Hello trog, thank you so much for that extra bit of info. I googled Parcel Force and entered the tracking number I got from E-cig to the Parcel Force tracking service and I found out that my parcel is now at Heathrow airport and it was accepted !! So I am very relieved to know that everything went ok, I guess my parcel should arrive here Monday or Tuesday.
