e cig hard to hit after a couple of days

Hey everyone, I have a e go c with the replaceable atomized heads, and the ego c twist 1000 battery. I've noticed that after a few days of vaping, the cig gets really hard to hit. Like you have to inhale really hard. When you switch out a new atomizer head, it goes back to hitting really well (easily). I mean the old atomized isn't bad, but it's like they get clogged or something. The heads are rather expensive and I'd rather not go though one every two days or so. I have soaked an old head in alcohol for a day or so, let it dry out and refill it again but they still hit hard. I've ruled out the tanks (also ego c, 2.5 ml) because switching to a brand new one makes no difference in how hard they hit. Any ideas on what's going on with this? Thanks for any info

Just a quick addition: I have 70/30 vg/pg liquid as well as vice versa. Both juices have a similar effect after a few days. I do prefer the higher vg percentage as it gives off a lot more vapor.

Your juice is clogging up the atomizer. There is no fix for the atty at this point, try soaking your working ones overnight and rotate them. In the mean time find a lighter colored and/or less sweat juice you like.

I had this problem with those and gave up on them due to the cost. Boge LR cartos was my solution, much cheaper to throw away. Also switching to non clogging juice has changed my life and wallet thickness.

Ive had the egoc now for 8 days,i have no problem yet and have a whack of all juices,all 70/30.ive noticed when i refill the cart i always use tissue to wipe the cart and the in side the atty casing toothis way have you a dry tight fit,if i dont do this it seems to leak and i get less vapour.

One thing you can do is blow them out from the end that connects to the device. I noticed with my Ego T that was a problem with thick solutions and I believe JoyE stated that high VG solutions do not work well. The cart method mentioned by Byten is a good solution for this if you want to use small cartomizers but you can also use tanks as long as you get a punch and make the holes larger. Running the same solution through a tank with two enlarged holes and haven't had an issue. Using a phiniac tank with boge carts and so far haven't had an issue.
