E-cig laws and regulations in Texas?

I've been searching for a while off of a couple search engines on laws and regulations of e--cigarettes, but I can't seem to find anything.
Have they not touched on the subject, or should I be wording my searches differently?
Any information found would be much appreciated, or any advice on how to find the laws would be wonderful.

I dont know you might check out your states attorney general's website.
I know in kansas we now have a new smoke free law in effect that does not extend to e-cigs(at least the kansas attorney general said e-cigs are fine because they dont contain tobacco)
