But then, Aikanae, N.C. just passed an excise tax at the urging of Reynolds Tobacco Co. (not sure right co) of 5 cents per mil of juice to off set loss revenues from people quitting tobacco by way of vaping.....in effect punishing people for not smoking......Didn't say whether or not will pass a bill to tax those who quit "cold turkey".

Ugh no we don't have to worry about them taxing the cold turkeys, they know most of those people will start smoking again eventually and will keep paying their taxes then... unreal.
