But then, Aikanae, N.C. just passed an excise tax at the urging of Reynolds Tobacco Co. (not sure right co) of 5 cents per mil of juice to off set loss revenues from people quitting tobacco by way of vaping.....in effect punishing people for not smoking......Didn't say whether or not will pass a bill to tax those who quit "cold turkey". :blink:

Ugh :( no we don't have to worry about them taxing the cold turkeys, they know most of those people will start smoking again eventually and will keep paying their taxes then... unreal.
