My first mod. No soldering nor wires.
Self-made mechanical button.
The battery comes from an old nokia 2300, that is now used as battery charger :) It is a 600mAh and actually provides 4V when fully charged. It looses about 0.5V when feeding the cartom.
Only issue: it makes very little vapor, much less than with my kr808 380mAh. I think this is because of the battery age.

Is that TinFoil? New or recycled? :thumb:
I had a sandwich and then kept it apart... :) Joking... it's aliminium foil for kitchen use.

If it doesn't put out a lot of vapor, use two of them.
Recycle twice as much stuff :)
Looks like someone else is off on the MOD road, never to return, hehe
Fun?
Yep, using 2 or 3 would be better :)
It was very funny, but I also realized that if I bought me an iron it would take 1/10th of the time. And people from other forums correctly noted that using cables will certainly improve performance. But it wouldn't be so strange as it is now ;)
I am dreaming mods with eyes open :D never to return...

Mod fever strikes yet another victim. You'll never be the same. Lay awake nights thinking, spending every waking minute building, searching, trying to find that perfect set up. No cure has yet been developed. Welcome to our world.
I'm not interested in the cure right now... my girl is, I will tell her it doesn't exist yet :D

If properly utilized, aluminum foil (kitchen type) is an excellent conductor.
It has been used for years to repair blown car fuses.
Talk about recycling.

Cool, I didn't know! It just came up to my mind thinking about an experiment for kids, then tested it and it gave me nearly no resistance... but my tester only has 0 to 1k ohm scale so I could only suspect it has a very low resistance, like 1 ohm in my setup... my fear is that compared to the low resistance of the cartomizer, it counts a lot... what do you think of this?
And recycling certainly is a good point, these days more than ever.

Hehehe that's the cheapest.
Actually, I just wanted to build a working prototype to apply theory, without having to go outside buy anything, but that would have turned out to be faster and better for just some additional cents. Oh sorry I need to go now, gotta build the cheapcheapcheap with the paper clip :D That's the most minimal I've ever seen, COOOOL!

You can see that black adhesive sponge. 3 of them on 3 sides of the battery, and 1 over it. That sponge doesn't let the battery fall, even if the box is upside down. This also lets you remove and replace it as you need to recharge it or put a new full battery in.
To have the battery make contact, you have to make the aliminium fit the battery contact, and keep it in place by letting it passing under such adhesive This is the most annoying part and takes much time, but eventually you will make it.
