I started vaping last November (2009), and I went through bouts of vaping-only, back to smoking, back to vaping, and sometimes even a little of both. The times when I was more consistent with vaping, however, were directly related to the time I spent browsing through this website. Every time I came here, it reinvigorated my desire to vape.

I have finally gotten off the fence and committed myself 100% to vaping. And while I know e-cigs are "not to be considered as a smoking cessation device", I stocked up on juice with varying, decreasing levels of nicotine, all the way down to 0mg. I believe that, if I really stick with it, I will be free of tobacco altogether.

So while I have e-cigs to satisfy my nicotine cravings through a safer alternative to smoking, it's actually this site that drove me to keep trying it until I was ready to be a full-time vaper.

I agree, I had my e-cig for a year and still smoked anologs! After finding this forum I have completly quit smoking. I like the menthol flavor, its sweet and minty without the stench of smoke! Yes the forums are a great asset to help quit smoking.
I spent more money on smoking and the e-cig, one had to go. I'm glad I found this fourm too.
Best of luck to you,
