I actually find is refreshing they're not trying to pretend otherwise anymore. Makes it easier to point out the hypocrisy.

Just got me redone order from CCV this Black and Mild juice is spectacular...tastes like a pretty good cigar...
I did a review which I don't usually do...My order got lost in the shuffle due to him switching sites Right as I made my order...He doubled it after calling and apologizing 2 hrs after I sent him a message...now thats customer service...
Back on topic...Yea at least they have left the opening this time for us to fight it...prob is we have to get people motivated to hammer them with mail and phone calls...Make ourselves known...

Everything they have done has been "smoke screened" for years......that is why we should vote them out and start over with term limits. I have not voted republican or democrat for over 20 years.

I feel icky with my own Senator as the main sponsor of this bill.....
I'm all for balancing the budget, but this.... <sigh> not really what I had in mind.

My Senator, Orrin Hatch, is the ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee. I've spoken with him on numerous occasions (not that I think he would remember me). I am hopeful he will not support this particular bill.
If the bill makes it out of committee and to the House of Representatives I have no doubt that my representative, Jason Chaffetz, would vote against it.
ETA: Hatch is up for re-election in 2012.
I have a bottle of it here...I will let Y'all know how it is later...I will say I am highly impressed with the TH of his juice...its 86% VG and it has TH thats tough...also I have no reaction to the VG which must be really clean/free of impurities as I have had discomfort caused by VG in nic juice before...hence why I had been making my own 100% PG or 90% at the least juice...his Apple pie is good too...I'm wondering if there is cinnamon in it and if so what that will do to the tubes of these DC cartos...

It's gonna be depressing, and interesting, since they are attempting to shore up the ADA with these funds as it is written. Will totally take the focus off efforts to tax ecig/nic products and throw it onto how we are hurting those with disabilities.
This explains why Harkin is the main sponsor, he was also the main sponsor of the original ADA...
The thread mentioned by you earlier is a good read, everybody should check it out... while enjoying a very stiff drink....

I'm curious why you feel that way.
Funny you mention it though. When Hatch first ran one of the points he made about his opponent (3 term Senator) was that he had been in DC for too long and was "out of touch" with his constituents.
For those who don't know, Hatch is running for his 6th term.
