now we get into philosophy here...Humanity is a capitalistic being by nature...thats why any other system of govt fails...eventually...

problem with that is we naturally want to think we're EVOLVED beyond that type of behavior...thats when things go badly...someone becomes many someones and then a group then a whole blasted party of people who believe they can change things or "help" people make the right decisions...

We are meant to be free and the sooner people figure that out and settle their differences in a civilized manner the better...and with that I'm going to go away...for a bit...too much can go wrong with me getting into this too deeply...I have some very strong opinions about how things should be run and why and this seems to be going that way today...I dont want to start any trouble...

at least beyond letting people know how fares the vaping world...

What a let down that team has become. After I moved from San Diego to Utah I subscribed to Extra Innings just so I could watch them. I canceled my subscription this year. No reason to watch them any more.

What a let down that team has become. After I moved from San Diego to Utah I subscribed to Extra Innings just so I could watch them. I canceled my subscription this year. No reason to watch them any more.

I actually had to buy a third Chuck because sometimes I don't feel like using my Padres Chuck.

As long as there is a NCAA football season, the NFL can suck an egg... I've never cared for pro football. That's probably heresy for some people here.

My Padres gear (hats, jerseys, etc) is collecting dust.

I feel the opposite about college ball. Too many variables, too many illegal under the table dealings for players, player landscapes changing quickly (too quickly), hate the ranking/bowl methodology.... I could go on. Professional baseball fell off my radar after the last player strike.

I thought things were going really well, and we were having what I thought were some interesting discussions.
Then in barges katiem, because I guess things were just getting too peaceful in there for her tastes.

I can see why someone would feel that way. Even with all that I still like college football more. I don't care for the other college sports.

I 110% agree with you on rankings and bowls though. I'm a Utah fan and we have felt the BCS' sting on more than one occasion. Just because Utah was invited to the PAC12 doesn't mean my feelings for the BCS have changed to "warm and fuzzy". It's still a load of hooey.

Have to agree, good cast iron will last a long time, but you hit someone too hard and it shows just how brittle it is, be careful with the good stuff, it's hard to come by. Baseball bats work quite well, and are easier to replace.;-)
