How's everyone today?
I've been working on paying bills (so much fun.) Thank goodness I've sold a few more cases this month than usual, my husband's child support garnishment is finally stopped (we finally have custody, YAY!) and I have a closing on the 22nd or I'd be pretty much screwed. So much fun living paycheck to paycheck again at my age.
Top it off with our poor boxer, Molly, got stung or bit and her left eye was swollen shut! She's had some Benadryl and can open her eye again, but if it doesn't get better we'll have to get her over the the vet ASAP. Figures - I had just figured out how to cover all of the bills and my dog walks in with "great job, now you have a huge vet bill you have to pay so screw the budget" all over her face! LOL! I just try to stay positive and confident that what we need will come our way and somehow it always does! (If only I could get that to work with the lottery - but I suppose i'd have to PLAY the lottery to even try, lol!)
I haven't been back to QSMB since my last post - kind of afraid to. I'm going to stay out of the "truce thread" and let it die down. I'll just keep answering questions if people ask.
I was on one of my couponing forums last night and a woman posted a thread begging people to quit smoking because her poor mother just passed from COPD and other complications linked to her smoking. Several others posted about loved one who cannot or will not quit smoking and their concern. I gave my condolences and then told people about the work CASAA is doing trying to prevent these needless deaths by promoting tobacco harm reduction vs. abstinence from all nioctine/smokeless tobacco. It felt good to feel like I may help someone. I hope people listen!

I have just been doing a little mixing. I decided to make really small batches of juice (1ml) and drip to more easily and quickly test all these flavors.
Know what you mean bout the bills. I always pay mine the first day of the month. Such fun.
I actually went to the Q board. Hadn't been there forever. Just to read the truce thread. No comment.

Beautiful day at the pond for me and I won at cribbage once {

Absolutely no good can come of it, and I would imagine Hecates is now banned.
I have already sent a PM to Fred asking him to move it to Pointless, but I don't know if he will.
But at least we can let it slowly fade away and die.

Are cigars (kinda obviously) and Kools what you liked to smoke back in the day?
For a Kool probably any strong tobacco (like Dark Vapure and/or Perique Black) with lots of menthol. I have never ordered any menthol flavoring but I do have some premixed menthol niquid I vape occasionally (Amerismoke and some from TW.) Usually when I'm in that "can't taste anything" mode. I like spearmint and peppermint better though.
For a cigar I wouldn't know where to start. LOL Some suppliers have cigar flavors but I have never ordered any of them. Just don't know much about them cigars.

Give Alien Visions Havana Gold a shot. I haven't found much better yet. The other option is some of the pipe nicquids have tasted more like cigars to me. -Magnus
Just got home and my Darwin was waiting for me! The thing feels solid. It's heavier than it looks.
Well, I ducked over there to check it out, obviously I can't post on it even if I wanted to.
I pretty much agree with what Hecates said, although personally I wouldn't have posted it, it couldn't achieve anything so what's the point? Does she post here, I don't recall seeing any posts by that name, or any saying "I am Hecates." (Strangely I wanted to follow that with "hear me roar").
However, if bans are handed out based on any consistency, rather than just on a whim, Hecates will be gone. One by one we're getting picked off.

Amazingly enough, Hecates is still there.
And if he/she is a member of this forum, I'm not aware of it.
Amazing, it must just be me that Fred hates then, I wonder why? Oh well, I'll wear the hatred like a badge of honour.
(I'm pretty sure that Hecates owned up to femininity somewhere along the way, but I'm old, I could be wrong.)

It's pretty pathetic that Fred will take the time to move a thread, but won't do anything else to manage it.
I am extremely confused as to why he didn't lock that thread, and didn't lock the "Very confused" thread a long time ago.
