It's one of those - what do they call it now, civics? class examples of things that we certainly have the right to do, but we just shouldn't, because it isn't nice, it isn't respectful or polite or ethical.
I totally support her right to express her beliefs early and often, on the street-corner of her choice, at any hour of the day or night she feels moved to express them.
That does not mean that I consider it courteous for her to do it at 7 AM on the corner by the subway exit where people are vomited out into the street BEFORE they've had their coffee, which is located on the other corner.
Similarly, one wonders how many sleekit, cow'rin, tim'rous beasties have tippy-toed outside the door there and gotten themselves all confuzzled wondering if it would really be OK, if it would be enough, if they just, you know, stopped smoking actual cigarettes, or if it would mean they were somehow lesser beings (a particular fear of theirs already) if they did not feel able to dedicate themselves to a more Vajrayanic-adjacent ideal of removal of all desire, breaking the chains that bind them to this temporal world with its illusory pleasures, that they might achieve Enlightenment.

My thoughts exactly. I have a greater chance of being harmed in a car crash than I do being burned by my eGo.
Personally I think the stronger statement would be to make no reply to that thread at all. It's not even worthy of response, for to give it one would lend it credibility. Of course, I'm not really afraid of my cell phone giving me brain cancer either. So perhaps I'm wrong.
