What on earth does it take for the US medical and public health institutions to catch up???!!!

What an impressive document! It is abundantly clear by this that the interested parties and branches of government in the UK are truly concerned with.............(wait for it).......................... the PUBLIC HEALTH!!!!

I don't think we will ever see anything similar from their counterparts here in the US, who appear to have much different concerns (wink, wink.). Extremely SAD, isn't it?

Amazing what happens when you remove money from the issue. If the UK had a Master Settlement tobacco tax teat like the U.S. it would be entirely different though.
