I wonder if Brexit means the UK gets to say bye bye to EU TPD as well? If so, that would be the only good thing coming out of the whole mess over there right now.

The UK has already passed the TPD into law for that country. They would have to specifically repeal it in order to do away with the TPD requirements.

To answer your original question our policy makers have their head in the sand on vapor products. Anything that diverts from taxes and big pharma they seem to turn a blind eye. I hope the pending lawsuits here get a fair ear from the judge(s).

What an impressive document! It is abundantly clear by this that the interested parties and branches of government in the UK are truly concerned with.............(wait for it).......................... the PUBLIC HEALTH!!!!

I don't think we will ever see anything similar from their counterparts here in the US, who appear to have much different concerns (wink, wink.). Extremely SAD, isn't it?

Public health has nothing to do with this. It's amazing and really shameful, but if vaping policy was entirely based on health, this is a short conversation. All the information needed has been provided and the BS has been debunked.

And it doesn't matter. It's not about health.
