As I'm job hunting in prep to my up and coming military retirement... I came across this:

Not really sure how to take it, and there are no comments yet. Really like how it states that the " FDA and other groups have engaged in scare tactics about e-cigarettes with unfounded claims about the alleged dangers of this product.."

Saw Harry Potter this weekend. Hid the light on the battery w/ my hand, held my vapor a little longer for stealth, and most people were focused on the movie. I stealth vaped the ENTIRE movie in VERY close proximity to A WHOLE LOT of people with not a single person the wiser. Ban them all you want, I still hold to the fact it is absolutely impossible to enforce if you are not blatantly obvious about your vaping.

Maybe a lawyer could explain what "legal point of view" involves a mandate that is...uh...optional?
