The only way taxes will be imposed on e-cigarettes is if vapers and e-cigarette companies refuse to oppose the tax proposals.

So far, we've defeated EVERY e-cigarette tax proposal that we've known about. The 2010 Miinnesota tax legislation was a stealth tax bill (i.e. there was no mention of a tax hike in the bill, in its promo materials, or in any news stories until after the Governor signed it into law) that was touted as a bill to ban e-cig sales to minors.

Seems like some vapers actually want e-cigarettes to be heavily taxed just so they can post notes on ECF and other forums saying "I told you so".
