Another story about how a law enforcement agency is addressing a misuse of e-cigs with illegal substances. Of course, they fail to understand that stoners always find a way to use, even if they have to use an apple core and tin foil to get the job done.

Why is this even a story? And why didn't they report that vaporizers already exist specifically for vaporizing material? Another reporter & production staff that didn't do their homework - or did and just left that part out. The issue is with the material, not what devices are used to consume it.

Edit: And I think ecig batteries are an expensive way to consume such material.

Heaven forbid they should concentrate on eliminating those who supply the illegals...

Won't work - as long as there is a demand for something - there will be a supply. Basic rule of economics :p

Not to mention that the US and a large portion of the world economy runs on drugmoney. There are even rumours that the CIA is in control of the drugtrade.

Now they're gonna use that typical disjointed "logic" that they always use to define a problem: E-cigarettes make inhalable vapor, someone infused this vapor with drugs, therefore E-cigarettes are just as harmful, or more harmful, than regular tobacco cigarettes. The sad thing is, there are people who would find no problems with the previous statement. I'll spare the lesson in basic logical syllogisms, but if this reasoning is expanded outward over whole populations, whole societies, in the vein of Kant's Categorical Imperative, we can just as easily say things like, Apples can be used as pipes, somebody smoked something other than tobacco out of this apple, therefore apples are a dangerous and addictive, illegal drug. Or how 'bout, out in the middle of that protected state forest over there, somebody planted some weed, let it grow, harvested it, and sold it illegally... therefore state forests and parks are accessories to drug abuse. I could go on and on...
